Seedling event at Mediamatic - The Green Train
The Green Train represents a groundbreaking collaboration between sustainable transport, ecological restoration, and cultural engagement.
The Green Train brings together the Finnish artist Nina Backman’s Silence Project, and the enviroment Project A Million Trees to Finland together with European Sleeper, and a network of environmental partners to create a unique art-driven journey across borders
The first "seedling event" of The Green Train will take place at Mediamatic, in Biotoop Dijkspark Dijkspark 6, 1019BS Amsterdam, from 10 AM to 2 PM. There, over 400 seedlings of native tree species such as spruce, pine and birch, amongst others will be delivered to participants.
