Think green, live better Event3

This autochthonous plant planting event is the result of a partnership between the Think green, live better project of the Dr. Jaime Magalhães Lima Basic and Secondary School involving 9th grade students and some 11th grade students, who are at the genesis of the project, and the Life Terra project.

This event is organized by Think green, live better, Bioliving https://bioliving.pt/ , Cabeço Santo https://ecosanto.com/, CESAM https://www.cesam-la.pt/en/ and Life Terra. Bioliving and Cabeço Santo are environmental associations dedicated to forest management and conservation, while CESAM is a research center affiliated with the University of Aveiro. "Think green, live better" is a sustainable social entrepreneurship and active citizenship project associated with a group of students from a ninth grade class, 9D and a tenth grade class, 11ºA, from the Dr. Jaime Magalhães Lima Basic and Secondary School (EBSJML). Concerned about the impact of global warming, the students created a nursery of native trees and are planting the resulting saplings in the Aveiro region.
