Collective action can have a more significant impact. By joining forces, we bring tree planting and its importance in combating climate change into the spotlight.
On a crisp November morning under a bright sun, members of Tulpenrallye joined the Life Terra team in the field to plant trees at Mariënwaerdt estate. In the days up to the planting event it had rained heavily, so the participants had to deal with a muddy field with large puddles of water and ice and hardened soil here and there. They weren’t phased by these tough conditions and managed to plant around 250 trees! Thank you members of Tulpenrallye, for this amazing effort that helps this part of the Mariënwaerdt estate recover from Ash Dieback disease.
Tulpenrallye, organiser of the Dutch annual car rally event of the same name, is planting a total of 3,500 trees in partnership with Life Terra, to offset all CO2 emissions from the 70th edition.
