Collective action can have a more significant impact. By joining forces, we bring tree planting and its importance in combating climate change into the spotlight.
Two teams from EY joined us on one day in late November at the Mariënwaerdt Estate to replant a forest that had been destroyed by Ash Dieback disease. In contrast to the week of rain preceding it, the day dawned bright and clear and it was a pleasure to be out in nature, in winter sunshine, backdropped by birdsong. The EY teams together planted [1000?] young trees, which are now standing in neat rows where previously just stumps and scrub existed. In just a few years, these will mature into an enchanting and hardy mixed woodland, bursting with biodiversity. Thank you EY and we look forward to planting with you again soon!
